Returning Goods After Withdrawal
If your withdrawal request relates to physical goods that have already been shipped or delivered, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Returned goods must be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
