Returns Policy
GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
Due to some abusing our past return policy we have laid out new rules: Please refer to the installation guide or general installation video before purchasing your kit, it's also best to confirm the pressure port and return port locations before purchasing a kit. We do not allow returns due to remorse or kits not matching your engine model. Insane Diesel will always work with you to find alternative solutions to installation any kit on different model engines, our goal is to get the kit installed no matter what, please refer to our guarantee.
DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS: All products are inspected before shipment and any damaged products must be photographed and reported within 4 business days from the delivery date. Only damaged products can be immediately replaced or returned for a refund. Damaged product returns must be wholly unused and they must arrive in original condition. A USPS pre-paid shipping label will be sent to return damaged products.
